ENGINE The 458 is powered by a 4,497cc V8 engine of the "Ferrari/Maserati" F136 family, generating a power output of 562bhp. The engine features direct fuel injection; a first for Ferrari mid-engine setups in its road cars. PERFORMANCE Ferrari's official 0–62mph acceleration is 3.4 seconds with a top speed of 210 mph. Fuel consumption in combined cycle is 21.2mpg. PRODUCTION Production was from 2009 to 2015 with a total of 24,649 cars over five variants. The majority of production was the Italia (coupe) with 15,000 cars produced. The Spider (retractable hardtop) introduced at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show produced 6,000 cars, roughly 2,000 of which are RHD. There are currently 347 Ferrari 458 Spiders registered in the UK. DESIGN Body design was by Pininfarina under the leadership of Donato Coco, the Ferrari design director during 2009. Interior design featured input from Michael Schumacher; in a layout common to race cars, the steering wheel incorporates controls normally found on the dashboard or stalks, such as turning signals or high beams. Exterior styling was designed for aerodynamic efficiency; the front grille features deformable winglets that lower at high speeds for reduced drag. AWARDS The 458 won "Car of the Year 2009" and "Supercar of the Year". It also won "Cabrio of the Year 2011" for the Spider, from Top Gear magazine. Auto Zeitung magazine awarded the Ferrari 458 Spider "Best Cabrio 2011”. SPECIFICATION This model, first registered on 20/07/2012, is presented in Nero Daytona metallic paint, with Sabia and Nero leather interior.

1973 Citroën D Super 5 The D Super 5 was a more refined version of the Citroën D Super, introduced in the early 1970s as a cost-effective alternative to the fully equipped DS models. The "5" refers to its 5-speed manual transmission, which offered better performance and fuel efficiency. It featured a 2.2-liter inline-four engine derived from the DS21, offering a good balance of power and comfort. Like other DS variants, it boasted Citroën’s signature hydropneumatic suspension, providing an exceptionally smooth and adjustable ride. While slightly less luxurious than the top-spec DS models, the D Super 5 maintained much of the DS’s distinctive aerodynamic styling and innovative engineering.
