When launched in 1972 the Kawasaki Z1 was the most powerful 4-cylinder, 4-stroke ever marketed. It was the world’s first large capacity DOHC production motorcycle. It was the most modern motorcycle in the world and it was also the fastest. This low-mileage example from March 1973 has been owned by its current owner since 2013. It is a US import and is unrestored apart from the fitting of a replacement exhaust system. -
