- 12:00 Noon Capel Show opens to the public
- 12:00 to 4pm Children’s entertainment
- Location: in front of the big marquee
- 12:30 to 3pm Electric Trials bike display sessions
- Location: in the Bike display area (on the MUGA)
- 2:00pm Flower marquee open to the Public
- Location: Grand Marquee
- 2:00pm Dog Show on the bowls green
- Location: at the south side of the show ground
- 2:15pm Presentation of “Best in Show Bike” and “Best in Show Car” trophies.
- Location: Near the Black & White Show Arch
- 3:30pm approx Collect Horticultural Summer Show Prize Money.
- Location: Grand Marquee
- 4:00pm approx Presentation of trophies & raffle followed by auction of donated exhibits.
- Location: Grand Marquee
- 4:00pm Entry to the public closes
- 5:00pm Show Closes – Clear Up Begins
- 8:00pm Public Car Park Closes
